SENIOR GUIDE- STEP BY STEP
A little bout me! I’ve had the privilege of traveling across the country to photograph seniors, capturing their unique stories in unforgettable ways. Along the way, I’ve invested years into perfecting my craft and educating others on the artistry and experience behind senior photography. It’s more than just taking pictures—it’s about creating memories that will last a lifetime.
STEP BY STEP GUIDE
Step 1
BOOKING AND PLANNING
Send me an email by filling out your contact information below to set up a zoom consultation so we can start getting to know you.
As soon as I receive your session payment and contract, we will schedule your senior session date! We will schedule a time for your consultation to custom design your session, outfits and hair and make up services.
Step 2
PREP TIME
Once you have locked in your date with a paid retainer and signed contract, you will receive your very own online Senior Style Guide as well as your senior questionnaire! This is where you will find everything you need to know about what to wear, how to prep and what to expect. Your questionnaire will teach me everything I need to know about you and your vision for your senior session, so that I can customize it just for you!
Step 3
SHOOTING DAY!
On the day of the shoot you will be pampered with hair and makeup brought directly to your home. We will then be off to meet be on location for your custom session. I will guide you through the process, showing you how to pose while making you feel as comfortable as possible. I will pose you and guide you throughout the entire session - no modeling experience necessary! Your only job is to have fun and enjoy the day!
Step 4
SNEAK PEAK
On the night of your senior session, I will share a social media sneak peek for you to see and share! Then, it will be about two- three weeks until I complete your full senior portrait gallery. I pride myself on these quick turnaround times - I'll never make you wait months to see your photos!
Step 5
VIEWING SESSION
This will be the first time you will see your beautiful collection of images! This will take place about three weeks after your session,
I will go to your home and you will watch a beautiful slide show of your image collection. You'll see all the best images from your shoot and will deliver your online gallery.
Step 6
IMAGES!
After viewing session, you will receive your online gallery! Here, you will be able to download, share and print all of your fully edited, high resolution digital files. You will also have access to your very own mobile app where you can download your images directly to your iPhone or Android. And, even better? Your gallery will be backed up for TEN YEARS online - so you don't ever have to worry about losing images! The hardest part will be choosing your weekly #seniorsunday post.

for a nature- inspired session! Open fields, amazing mountains, flowery valleys are some outdoor adventures you can consider for a
unique outdoor session. June-October are some great times to photogrpah woth a more summery feel! The weather is just right for several looks, specially if you want more greens and flowers. Keep in mind outdoor locations change throughout the year with the seasons, so it’s never too soon to start checking out your favorite spots and determine what time of the year you’d love to shoot.
Meaningful Locations
Maybe your school, practice field, swimming pool, golf course, baseball fields or other locations you would like to remember. Meaningful locations creating a more deep connection and adds that special and personal touch creating your photoshoot more personal and unique.

2. Grooming & Self-Care

The Editing & Delivery Process – What to Expect!
I carefully select and edit your best images based on composition, pose, lighting, and color—no quick batch processing here! Each photo is individually edited with attention to detail, which takes time, but trust me, it’s worth it!
- Sneak Peeks! Once I’ve edited a few, I’ll text you some previews!
- Final Delivery: When your images are ready, you’ll receive a link to your high-resolution online gallery, where you can view, download, and share your photos with family & friends.
- Printing: A print & social media release is included, so you can print anywhere you’d like. Just be sure to tell the lab NOT to apply color corrections to maintain the look of your photos.
- Pro Printing Option: For the best quality, you can order professional prints directly from your gallery—I recommend mounted prints for framing!
